SHIPPING Policy FAQ – NIDRAYA
1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer—but we promise to keep you informed.
2. How long will delivery take once my order is shipped?
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier operations or local conditions.
3. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship all over India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
You can use the tracking link to check real-time delivery updates from our courier partner.
5. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.
From time to time, we also offer free shipping on select products or order values.
6. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, address changes are unfortunately not possible.
7. What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package looks damaged at the time of delivery:
- Please take photos or a short video before opening
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll review the issue and assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. What happens if I miss a delivery attempt?
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address:
- The order may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges (if applicable) may need to be borne by the customer
To avoid delays, please ensure your contact details are accurate.
9. My order is delayed. What should I do?
While most orders arrive on time, delays can happen due to weather, logistics issues, or regional restrictions.
If your order seems delayed, feel free to contact us—we’ll happily help track it for you.
10. Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
Delivery schedules depend on the courier partner.
Orders are generally not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
11. Will all items in my order be shipped together?
In most cases, yes.
If an order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll be notified with separate tracking details.
