RETURN & REFUND POLICY – NIDRAYA

At Nidraya, we believe good sleep starts with trust.
Our products are thoughtfully designed for comfort, care, and wellbeing, and each order is packed with attention. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help—fairly and thoughtfully.


SECTION 1 – WHEN CAN A RETURN BE REQUESTED?

We’re happy to assist with a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You receive an incorrect item

Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, so we can resolve it quickly.

To help us assist you better, the product should be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

For hygiene and wellness safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once used, including:

  • Pillows, cushions, bolsters, and meditation seats
  • Products with natural or organic fillings (such as buckwheat hulls or cotton)
  • Customized or made-to-order items

That said—if these items arrive damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely take care of it.


SECTION 3 – IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

We understand how disappointing this can be, and we’ll make it right.

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.


SECTION 4 – IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT

Mistakes happen, and we’ll fix it quickly.

If you receive an incorrect item, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange:

  • A return pickup (if needed)
  • Shipment of the correct product at no extra cost

SECTION 5 – HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS

  1. Email us at info@nidraya.com within the eligible timeframe
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return or pickup process
  4. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted, so please contact us first—we’re always happy to guide you.


SECTION 6 – REFUNDS

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount is credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error

SECTION 7 – REPLACEMENTS

If a replacement is requested and approved:

  • We’ll dispatch it within 5–7 business days, subject to availability
  • There’s no additional cost for replacements in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items

SECTION 8 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand plans change.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

SECTION 9 – RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our mistake, Nidraya covers the return shipping
  • In other approved cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer

SECTION 10 – NATURAL VARIATIONS

Our products often use good fabrics and fillings, which may show slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Firmness

These natural differences are part of what makes each product unique and do not qualify as defects.
